Hervey Bay Squash AGM

The Hervey Bay Squash Asssociation Annual General Meeting is on this Saturday at the Squash Courts. Here are the details:

When: Saturday August 22, 2009 at 2pm
Where: Newhaven Sports Centre, Dayman St Urangan.

At this meeting, the Association's financial report will be presented, the election of Office bearers will take place as well as other general business and procedural matters.

Show you care about your club by attending. If you wish to add anything to the agenda, please advise a committee person before Saturday.

Squash practice will take place at the conclusion of the meeting.
